At this time, Scott's Computer Services only sells products to buyers within the United States using US funds. Any fraudulent use of accounts or payment methods will be prosecuted to full extent of the law.
All maintenance kits require a core return. A return shipping label is included in the box along with the maintenance kit for the shipping of the core. If this is not done within 30 days of purchase, buyer will billed for the core.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled.

In the unlikely event buyer receives a faulty cartridge, Scott's Computer Services will replace it under our replacement guarantee. See replacement guarantee section for details.
If Scott's Computer Services sends the wrong product in error by Scott's Computer Services, the issue will be resolved by issuing the correct product. Wrong product will have to be returned in an unopened, unused state, to avoid being charged for said item using return label provided by Scott's Computer Services. All notices of this type must be disclosed to Scott's Computer Services within 7 days of delivery.
To protect and secure your payment to Scott's Computer Services for products on this site, Scott's Computer Services uses Paypal for payment processing. No other payment method is accepted at this time.
All remanufactured ink and toner products come with a 1 year warranty against defects in material and workmanship (not for replacing empty cartridges or cartridtges damage by misuse or neglagence by buyer). If the ink or toner cartridge should have a failure do to defects in material or workmanship, a replacement cartridge will be issued once the failed cartridge is returned. Return shipping is the responibility of the buyer.
